A whole lotta writing goin’ on
In which I answer the question you want to know about most. NO, I’m not on submission yet and YES, PRAEFATIO is STILL in revision. But I am busy writing other things while the process plays out. I’ve just completed work on a partial YA, male protag. It’s a WIP I’d started two years ago. I stopped when the Muse turned her back on me and decided not to visit any more and I had to try to figure the book out on my own. I decided to pick it up again when an opportunity presented itself to submit writing samples to a few publishers in order to be considered for work-for-hire projects. It’s funny. The book came pouring out of me –like–my life depended on it. And I guess in a way it does. But I’ll get to that another time. I’m going to post the prologue this week. I’m also working on a tween short story that will be part of the enhanced eBook presentation for PRAEFATIO. I’m excited about that one too and hope to complete it by the middle of May. So, aside from editing for clients, managing daily operations of YALITCHAT.ORG, hosting and managing #yalitchat the twitter chat and my own writing is keeping me extremely busy. I have very little down time. Can’t wait to hear what you think of the prologue for HOLES.
