Cameron Yeager

Editor

Cameron is a freelance editor and publicist with a degree is Language Arts with an emphasis in teaching, as well as a former theatre major, living life in Southern California with her guy and their two felines, Sara and Little Dancer. She's pretty much your average Geek who is into reading, playing video games, and watching various movies and TV shows. Cameron's favorite fandoms include Game of Thrones, Sherlock, Dr. Who, most Marvel films, and Star Trek. While she reads a variety of genres, she loves Fantasy the most, and it shouldn’t be surprising that her favorite authors include George RR Martin, Anne McCaffrey, and Mercedes Lackey. There’s nothing she enjoys more than curling up with a cup of coffee or tea and a good book. She's also the owner and writer of the blog What the Cat Read which features reviews written by the felines her my life. Yes, you read that right. Cameron writes reviews under the guise of some very well read felines. Most of her friends will tell you they fear she will become “that crazy old lady with the thousands of cats.” Given the nature of her blog, she sometimes wonders if maybe they are right to be concerned. As to the idea of having too many cats, is such a thing really possible? =^.^=

Emily Midkiff

Editorial Assistant & Marketing Coordinator

Emily loves reading so much so that she got a PhD in children’s and YA literature. You don’t have to call her Dr. Midkiff, though. She just did it for the books! Emily is a huge nerd and fan of all fantasy and science fiction storytelling. She was a professional princess at a children’s theater for nine years, cosplays at fan conventions, and makes appearances at every available Renaissance Faire to fool everyone with her trusty goat puppet. At Georgia McBride Media Group, Emily wields her love of books as the editorial assistant to the publisher.

Georgia McBride

Publisher

Georgia brings a love of story to her role at Month9Books in which she serves as publisher and executive editor. Those might sound like lofty titles, but Georgia prefers Chief Fan Girl since she is really a Gerd (Geek-Nerd) at heart. Born and raised in New York City, she resides with her family and dogs in North Carolina, where she blends a passion for books with experience in marketing, product development, technology, and branding to her role at Month9Books. In 2016, Georgia re-branded her company under Georgia McBride Media Group as she aims to move beyond books and into telling stories in as many ways as people wish to enjoy them. In her spare time, Georgia can be found cuddled up in a warm blanket, wearing fuzzy socks, and absorbing anything Mickey Mouse, Star Wars, Disney, or Harry Potter related. She's a music business and tech-startup junkie alum who listens to music on volume LOUD.

Iona McAvoy

General Counsel

Jennifer Million

Author Liaison, Assistant to Publisher

Jennifer Million knows she has a unique last name. Thank her husband for it. She wears many hats at Georgia McBride Media Group, from author, author liaison, to assistant to the publisher. If she’s not busy guiding authors on their own journeys or keeping everyone on task she’ll be rounding up her own two kids and husband. She’s an avid reader, enjoys cooking, traveling, and sports. She’s a huge Denver Broncos fan and has a dream to own a Koala bear. You might find her typing away her own stories while singing along to anything by Fall Out Boy.

Katie Minerva

Editor

Katherine (Katie) is an avid reader who lives in New York with her parents and younger brother. If you can pull her nose out of a book, she loves hanging out with family and friends and attending concerts, Broadway shows, and conventions like Comic-Con and BookCon. She is also a die-hard (and long-suffering) fan of the New York Mets, Rangers, Jets, and Knicks, and dreams of witnessing a championship someday. Further, Katie enjoys a wide range of music, from Queen and The Beatles to Fall Out Boy and Panic! At the Disco, and is passionate about Harry Potter. Other interests include Marvel shows, Supernatural, and Greek and Roman mythology.

Nicole Olea

Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Nicole is a freelance writer and lifestyle blogger who documents how she lives an unapologetically creative life while celebrating motherhood. She's lived all over the country and in Europe and loves her quasi-nomadic life with her husband who serves in the military, and their three children. She looks forward to settling into her "forever home" one day, but isn't quite ready to put down permanent roots just yet. She is a book junky who always has a book or two with her, who can't stop adding to her "to be read" pile. She often laments how she'll never have enough time to read all the books, but she happily packs them into boxes and moves them with her when duty calls her husband and their family to their next adventure.

Pauline Harris

Editor

Pauline is a freelance editor who got her degree in English Writing from Whitworth University in 2017. She’s been an avid writer since childhood and has six published YA novels. She spends most of her time writing, editing, and staying up way past her bedtime to binge watch TV shows with her chubby cat, Leonard.

Tara Creel

Editor

Tara Creel lives in Southern California with her husband and four (yes four!) boys. When she's not writing, editing, or reading a fantastic book, she loves to explore L.A, play at the beach, and spend time outside. She loves watching comedies, whether it's TV or movies, and listening to new and favorite music. Basically, anything creative sucks her in and her level of disbelief is super low. She's obsessed with BBQ and Mediterranean food, but mostly when other people make them. She leaves the dinner to others, and claims desserts as her specialty.

Tom Brosz

Production Designer
